Black Feather
World Cup

Exel’s new NTech® technology combines integrated carbon nanoparticles with the Exel computer animated co-wound production technology to provide better swing weight and a higher strength-to-weight ratio. The NTech® Carbon technology offers a six percent reduction in weight and 30 percent increased stiffness.

In the first phase, NTech® will be used in Exel’s World Cup and Black Feather cross country racing poles. Once the technology is established, NTech® Carbon will be used in the other Exel Nordic poles.

As the world leading manufacturer of composite consumer poles and accessories, we have years of experience creating new innovations and technologies that continue to transform the pole industry,” said Dave Michael, North American sales manager for Exel. “The new NTech®, technology concept is another innovation that will enhance the power and durability of our poles which in turn will help our consumers’ performance and strength.”
