Please note: All issues are scheduled to mail around the first of the month except Jan./Feb.,
which you can expect around Jan. 15. If you submitted your subscription after the 15th
of the month, you will not receive your first issue until the second following month, i.e.
If your subscription is submitted after Oct. 15, your first issue will be December.
Publishing schedule: October, November, December, January/February (approx. Jan. 15).
